is there a post office around the room the purpose of today is your group table will control and manage everything that we do today not me the reason we're here at this Workshop is last year identified in our data throughout the network some Trend and one of the things is clear in our big rock. here which is the Danielson framework is the need to improve instruction today's instruction with basically about strategy and interdependence how to work in small groups how to improve your score from a basic score in Danielson 23 helping a forget some strategies that they can Implement and use in their classrooms like practical strategies I'm hoping to find some new instructional strategies for when I do group work to make it more organized and less chaotic I am hoping to learn how to incentivize our students how to make sure that they are staying engaged motivated during the small group word that we are leading in our classroom for today what we're doing is we're having the teachers working groups to see what's at the core of collaboration which is interdependence that all members of the team has something they do that contributes to the greater whole and then they were evaluated at the end both individually and that as a group
