A Confirmation letter
IMSA Administration will send a confirmation letter to all incoming students in order to verify their enrollment.
Once enrolled the following documents will need to be provided:
- Copy of Student’s Immunization Record
- Copy of Student’s Birth Certificate
- Copy of Student’s last report card or transcripts
- The school will contact you to schedule an orientation. You will then receive information about lockers, schedules, rules, and procedures.
Recruitment begins with our current families. Our re-enrollment campaign will officially occur in the entire month of February. Re-enrollment forms will be mailed or sent home with the student, they will be mailed to the address currently on file. Current students will be given first priority to secure enrollment for the next school year. The re-enrollment form also asks for data about siblings desiring to enroll at IMSA.
Once the re-enrollment forms are received and reviewed, those families with siblings wishing to enroll for next year will be sent additional information on how to enroll. Siblings are given priority preference for enrollment.
