Enrollment Procedures

A Confirmation letter

IMSA Administration will send a confirmation letter to all incoming students in order to verify their enrollment.  

Documents

Once enrolled the following documents will need to be provided:

  • Copy of Student’s Immunization Record
  • Copy of Student’s Birth Certificate
  • Copy of Student’s last report card or transcripts
  • The school will contact you to schedule an orientation. You will then receive information about lockers, schedules, rules, and procedures.

Re-enrollment

Every year we ask all of our students to complete a re-enrollment form to re-enroll and secure their spot for the following year. Re-enrollment for next school year will officially start tomorrow, Monday, February 1st and end on Friday, February 28th. Different than previous years, re-enrollment will be done through Concept Student Information System (CSIS) by parents. We have Knight Points, Uniform Vouchers, Xbox and Playstation giveaways during re-enrollment. Please see this file for details.
