School International Festival 2018

School International Festival 2018

The International Festival, held at Indiana Math and Science Academy-North on November 9th, was a success. The festival was organized and colorful; a truly unique event. Our school believes it is important to be diverse and knowledgeable of other cultures.
All the high school, grades 9-12 were encouraged to participate. The 38 performers displayed a variety of talents from modeling in the fashion show to fascinating the audience with their songs and dances from around the world. They were entertaining and diverse.
The elementary students were introduced to other culture’s games and participated by learning and playing the games. All grades viewed the countries on parade fashion show and the songs and dances that represented traditions from multiple cultures. It was an unforgettable experience of acceptance and unity.
