Select students at IMSA have been invited to participate in the Leadership Communication Institute in partnership with Butler University. The purpose of the institute is to learn about and increase communication effectiveness of the future leaders of tomorrow. Upper-level Butler University students provide activities and practical experience as a part of their ORG 362 Leadership and Communication course. IMSA students are learning about the following topics: The Nature of Communication; Diversity of Perspectives; Responding to Change, Conflict, & Negotiation. The first session was held on Saturday, November 3, with the other two follow up sessions on Tuesday November 6 and 13.
